A PWC study showed that 71% of young professionals believe that working internationally is key to their professional development. Both parties need to consider many important factors to make this strategy a success.

Melissa Powell is the Founder and CEO of Pocmi, Inc. She believes that diversification can lift nations. With a Masters in International Business, an MSc. In Construction Management and a BA. In Architecture, she has used her dynamic knowledge and concepts of building and creating things, and applied them to the realm of talent development and international business.
