In your role, you have the power to build a coaching culture. Any company or unit that experiences change, growth, new  processes or enhanced technology requires people that can adapt to the new mindset and transformation. A culture that encourages creativity, innovation and progression to greatness. 

In order to do this there are elements that are needed to be practiced by everyone in the company. Your role is the most significant in enabling the organizations you work for and support, to create a successful transition and evolution.  This is true of all HR leaders, consultants, coaches, and anyone that leads or manages others.

In this interactive session, attendees will learn the importance of a fostering a coaching culture, the business benefits, and why we all must drive change.

In this interactive session we will discuss:

  • The importance and benefits of a coaching culture
  • Why we all must drive change and positively impact our business
  • How to identify and overcome barriers to success

Tools, tips, and everyday actions will be shared that can be immediately applied and implemented, and at the end of the session everyone will commit to taking at least one coaching culture action step.
