Opportunity Maximized
Access the Hidden Market for Your Expertise

Presented by Mike Powers

Would you be surprised to know there are hundreds of organizational needs going unmet – needs that your expertise could fill – in companies throughout South Florida? Every consultant is well aware that it takes work to get a client interested enough to buy their services. And most job seekers have heard that a large percentage of open positions do not get advertised.

But what if our very approach to selling our expertise was getting in the way of our maximum success?!
Are we blinding ourselves to the hidden market for our abilities and services?

Whether you work internal or external to an organization, are a freelancer or are seeking to be employed, this session is for you. Michael Powers, who has helped hundreds of HR and Development professionals in their career goals, will be our presenter.

Maximize how you market yourself and your services, by looking at:

  • predictable gaps – which most businesses have and you can solve
  • switching from selling to probing
  • generating their interest to ask, “How can you help me with that?”
  • your clear and concise answer
