Dr. Eivina Muniute-Cobb has guided organizations, teams, and individuals in attaining measurable results as evidenced in employee retention, organizational culture, performance improvement and business growth. Among her areas of expertise is leadership and team development, strategic planning, ROI measurement of HR and training programs, and development of effective operational systems. Dr. Eivina Muniute-Cobb is a doctoral graduate from Florida International University in Adult Education and Human Resource Development. She received Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from Vytautas Magnus University in Lithuania.
